Dear Clients and Friends,

The controlling principals of Sabil Uplink Communications and Midwest Uplink are proud to announce the formation of a new alliance. Larry Sales, Jerry Billops, Paul "Pistol" Mpistolarides and Tony Williams have created "Sabil Alliances, LLC". The alliance partnership has successfully funded the construction of a new state-of-the-art satellite uplink truck. It will be home based in the Tallahassee, Florida area and Sabil's chief engineer, Leland Kesler will be the primary operator.

This Frontline built vehicle will provide all of the amenities that Sabil and Midwest are currently offering. This includes a spacious interior, fully redundant with "Hot Standby" capabilities, no polarity restrictions, dual Tandberg 4:2:2 digital encoders, (prewired for 4 additional endoders--(It's possible to do 12-digital paths, call for details), (2) DSS receivers, (2) Sony PVW 2800 Beta SP Player/Recorders, (1) SVHS Deck, up to (5) camera production capabilities, Mackie 1604 audio mixer with 8 mic and 16 line inputs, (2) Telos systems, RTS PL System, (4) Discreet audio IFBs, (4) cell phones, (2) satellite phones, Leitch router, a fax machine, (2) SDI sources via production trucks or cameras, pre-wired for (VOIP) and it's equipped with a 20-KW Kohler generator.

We invite you our valuable clients to examine and hire us and our new vehicle beginning in August, 2005. We promise to provide you with the same excellent quality of service as demonstrated by Sabil and Midwest over the years. When you're ready to book the "Sabil Alliances" truck, you may call either Larry Sales at 877-WE-UPLNK (877-938-7565) or Paul Mpistolarides at 866-TV-ON-AIR (866-886-6217) and we'll make it happen.

It is important to note that Sabil Uplink will continue to run its operation from Louisville while Midwest will maintain its presence in Indianapolis. However, in having another uplink truck controlled by this new entity and deployed in a different part of the country will give us the flexibility and added resources to serve you.
